Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping!

Please note due to shipping restrictions from our suppliers, we are unable to ship to:Bahrain, Iran, Kuwait, Lebanon, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Syria.

To avoid any delays in your order, please ensure all your address details are entered correctly, including building name/number, company/office name and post/zip code. If you're ordering from UAE, please use your PO Box address.

IMPORTANT: Future Self is not responsible for any additional import/customs charges.

When will I receive my order?

How can I track my order?

You will be sent a tracking number and link in your dispatch email.

 

How can I make changes to my order?

If you spot any mistakes in your order, need to change any address details or products, please contact us on info@futureselfshop.co.uk within 2 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately we cannot make any changes once your order has been dispatched. 

 

This product is not right for me, how can I return it?

If you've changed your mind and would like to return your item for an exchange or refund, please email us on info@futureselfshop.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

My product has arrived faulty, what do I do?

So sorry about this! Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist you. Please email us on info@futureselfshop.co.uk with your order number, a description and photos of the fault.
