Any pre-orders from The Future Self Lifestyle Journal will be dispatched from w/c 9th December. Standard delivery times apply below.

Please note that due to the Canadian postal strikes, we are currently not able to ship orders to Canada. We will update this page as soon as it changes.

Last postage date for UK delivery in time for Christmas is 19th December.

Future Self is not responsible for any additional import/customs charges.

For customers in France, orders over €150 in value (inc. shipping fee) we advise against. If you wish to order more than this total amount, we suggest that you split the order so total value is less than €150.

For any orders from the EU that fall above the €150 IOSS limit (exc. France) the customer will strictly be paying duties for.
