Any pre-orders from The Future Self Lifestyle Journal will be dispatched from w/c 2nd December. Standard delivery times apply below.

Future Self is not responsible for any additional import/customs charges.

For customers in France, orders over €150 in value (inc. shipping fee) we advise against. If you wish to order more than this total amount, we suggest that you split the order so total value is less than €150.

For any orders from the EU that fall above the €150 IOSS limit (exc. France) the customer will strictly be paying duties for.
