What is Purple Dot?

Purple Dot is a waitlist platform that enables you to be the first to get your hands on your favorite brand’s products as soon as they come available. Purple Dot will keep you in the loop the whole time. Changed your mind? Cancel for free any time before it ships, for any reason – no questions asked.

What do I need to provide when I make a purchase? 

You will need to provide your email, shipping address and card details. Some brands may require a few additional details like a phone number in case they need to contact you about your order. All communications will be sent to your email address, including details of how to cancel and any updates on your pre-order.

When am I charged for my pre-order?

When you place your pre-order, you will enter your card details which will be used to pay for the pre-order accordingly.

Remember: You can always cancel for free anytime before it ships and you’ll get a full refund. 

What are my payment options with Purple Dot? 

Purple Dot accepts all the major card networks - Visa, MasterCard and American Express. 

Is my payment information safe?

Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. No card details are transferred to or held by Future Self or Purple Dot. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry-standard security protocols.

How do I cancel my pre-order?

You can look up and manage your pre-order: futureselfshop.com/pages/manage-pre-orders. Once cancelled, you will receive an email confirming the refund and should see the money back in your account in 3-5 business days.

Can I change my email or shipping address? 

Yes! Send an email to info@futureselfshop.co.uk with your updated details and a member of the customer service team will get this updated for you. You will then receive an updated pre-order confirmation email. 

Please note that due to the high volume of orders during the pre-order, there may be a delay in response time from our customer service team. We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as 2-4 business days. 

I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?

Refunds are issued back to the debit or credit card used at checkout and will be processed within 3-5 business days.
