Brand Creative

We’re looking for a hyper-creative, content-driven creator to join our small Brighton-based team. You’ll be heading up all our content production for web and social, as well as assisting in garment design and campaign production. You’ll have a strong idea of the brand identity and be able to create beautiful designs and imagery to support this. We want this person to be obsessed with illustrator, typography, design and photography. You will work with the marketing manager to create beautiful content other graphics and photography based and be able to offer creative input to the wider team. 

Hours: 37.5 a week

Location: Brighton - Flexi minimum of 3 days a week in the office 

Salary: Competitive (DOE)

Responsibilities:
  • Create regular content for socials including graphics, stills and video

  • Document the day-to-day running of the business in an engaging and brand appropriate way to share with our community

  • Work with marketing manager to create graphics and other assets for campaigns

  • Provide BTS content from campaign shoots

  • Manage website design, shoot and edit product shots and other website imagery (banners etc)

  • Manage visual social presence, create plans for feed visuals and profile design

  • Create beautifully designed documents for things such as collaboration presentations

  • Work with Product Developer on new garment designs and garment artwork.

Requirements:
  • 3+ Years of industry experience

  • proven experience in seeing creative projects through from concept to delivery

  • Impressive portfolio of photography and design work

  • Proficient in Adobe CC

  • Strong planning, organisation and communication skills are essential

  • As we are a very small team, you must be willing to jump on board with other areas within the company

  • Be able to travel to our Brighton office

  • Experience in a fashion sector would be desirable

Creative Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize campaigns across all our channels including SMS and Email, socials, affiliates and offline campaigns. We want this person to have their finger on their pulse of digital strategies, constantly searching for new ways to increase our reach and brand awareness. You will be joining our small team of creatives based in Brighton to head the marketing sector for our clothing brand. 

Hours: 37.5 a week

Location: Brighton - Flexi minimum of 3 days a week in the office

Responsibilities:

  • Devise, implement and evaluate successful ​campaigns across SEO, Email and SMS, Paid Social and Organic Social

  • Conceptualising and execute offline campaigns such as pop-up shops and events.

  • Manage the back end of our affiliate scheme by recruiting appropriate and exciting ambassadors, setting them up with codes/links and managing their payments

  • Utilise and manage our SMS marketing platform

  • Optimisation of the company website to boost SEO

  • Maintain a leading online presence using Facebook Ad campaigns

  • Work with the content team to plan social content, campaigns, giveaways and features

  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets

  • Internal reporting to management of key user trends and ROI from marketing campaigns

  • Assisting with other sectors of the business where necessary

The person we’re looking for is:

  • Creative-minded when devising new ways to present the brand

  • Strong planning, organisation and communication skills are essential

  • Relevant marketing qualification, degree or equivalent professional experience

  • As we are a very small team, you must be willing to jump on board with other areas within the company

  • Be able to travel to our Brighton office

Product Developer

The Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Product Developer that passionately creates pieces to perfectly align with our brand by having their finger on the pulse of the fashion industry. You will oversee the new Product Development process at every stage from concept to launch and suggest enhancements to the process as identified. You will lead the smooth running of the critical research, costing, sampling, supplier and material coordination, product creation, listing and review all new products.

Hours: 20-37.5 a week

Location: Brighton - Flexi minimum of 3 days a week in the office

Salary: Competitive (DOE)

  • Create P&L reports for each new product

  • Work with suppliers to negotiate pricing, order quantities and lead times

  • Work with the Creative lead to review samples and communicate feedback with suppliers

  • Source and sample materials, fastenings and finishes

  • Find third-party suppliers and opportunities to collaborate

  • Have the most up to date information regarding costings, materials, turnover and profitability

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of experience in the fashion industry

  • Impressive track record of creating beautiful products

  • High knowledge in the fashion sector

  • Strong planning, organisation and communication skills are essential

  • As we are a very small team, you must be willing to jump on board with other areas within the company

  • Be able to travel to our Brighton office
